Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What's the cost?
A. Dealers pay a one time $69 service fee per car only if the car is sold. There are no registration or listing fees. It is entirely free for the buyers.
Q. Is this a referral service?
A. No, it is a revenue management system. Customers negotiate online through autos.dealcup.com and make a decision to buy right then and there
Q. How do I buy?
A. When you do a search, you see the actual inventory of cars at a dealer's lot. You pick one you like, see dealer's offer and if you don't like it make your own offer. The dealers are willing to negotiate with you online, so once you finalize the deal, your car is reserved for you at the dealership and being detailed for delivery. Simply stop by, finalize your paperwork, and pick up your keys. No haggling back and forth!
Q. What if I have a trade-in? Or how about financing?
A. The most important thing is to agree on the price of a new car first. Most of the time spent at the dealership is the tedious negotiation process between you, the salesman, and the manager who is somehow locked in his office and will not come to see you. Once that's done, trade-ins and financing will be handled at the dealership when you go to pick up your car.
Q. As a dealer, how do I maintain this?
A. It is simple. Just send us your daily feed of inventory and your discount levels. We'll upload the data and the system takes care of the rest.
Q. Our dealerships run seasonal specials. How can autos.dealcup help us with it?
A. Autos.dealcup.com is a true revenue management system. It is built to handle discount levels and promotions. All you need to do is set your discount level or add new promos, and it is automatically incorporated into the negotiation process.
Q. We'd like to incorporate this into our existing
IT infrastructure and web sites. Is this possible?
A. Yes. Dealcup Integration Services does just that. Contact integrate@dealcup.com for more info.
Q. What makes your service/product different or better then your competitors?

revenues by 2 to 10 percent and more (margin increase 10-15%+), data-driven pricing can yield significant financial advantage.
